Repair kits for upgrading and re-introduction into service and extension of operational life.

The scope of logistics support:
- research into the market for logistical support of the aircraft supplied to Customers,
- arrangement and coordination measures to improve the logistics support for the aircraft supplied,
- planning and arranging deliveries of parts and other items for upgrading and reintroduction into service and extension of operational life,
- managing fast processing of orders and deliveries,
- arranging storage, release and deliveries of supplies,
- developing, introducing and upgrading logistics IT systems.

Supply of spare parts, equipment, tools and consumables

Emergency and scheduled maintenance logistics support. Modern practices of arranging deliveries of spare parts are based on IT support of Logistics, operation and maintenance of aircraft, and the management of orders and deliveries.

The process takes advantage of an IT system. The system enables aircraft delivery configuration data input, editing and tree-structured visualisation in a system - subsystem - unit pattern down to any nesting depth.

Any article of interest is accessible, with its datasheet, picture, onboard location, and origin information made available online. You can fill in an order form and a proforma document online, as well as generate a variety of reports, including MS Office documents.

Logistical support of operations

Sukhoi will develop a Logistics Plan to specify the procedure and terms for providing a Customer with parts and materiel. The Logistics Plan gives information on the inventory of spare assemblies and equipment, on available supply and maintenance resources, on the qualifications of technical personnel, on aircraft operation rate requirements, and on the legislative environment of Consumer and Supplier, among others.

Supply arrangements are optimised by identifying optimal stocks of spare parts and other equipment. With this end in view, arrangements will be put in place to update the onboard inventory of each aeroplane in operation and the fleet as a whole, to evaluate the risks of failure of electronic suites, systems and elements of aircraft equipment, and to monitor the reliability indices of aircraft component parts. Once such data are collected, it becomes possible to optimise order placement and delivery procedures.

The stock in storage and procedure for its replenishment will be adjusted based on the monitoring of the operating parameters above. Sukhoi offers a Supply Catalogue IT system to support accessory (spare part) ordering and delivery. The system allows for data input on aircraft delivery configuration, editing and tree-structured visualisation in a system - subsystem - unit pattern. It is possible to display delivery information with any level of detail, including standards.

Each component item is tagged with its datasheet, picture, onboard location and can be entered into an order form and proforma document.

Report generation: list of items in the database, ID tags for specific items, hard copy of order and proforma document, as well as document exchange via the Internet when interfacing with the Customer, including for ordering and order processing.
