Sukhoi Civil Aircraft (CJSC) was set up in 2000 to separate the Sukhoi Design Bureau civil and military programmes and speed up the process of producing new models of civil aircraft.

Scope of activities

marketing in the domestic and international markets;
civil aircraft research, development, design and implementation projects;
flight testing of prototypes for development and production aircraft, equipment, maintenance and repair kits;
promotion of international cooperation.

Current projects

production of RRJ-series Russian regional aeroplanes (Russian Regional Jets) with 60/75/95 seats;
development of supersonic executive aircraft SSBJ (Supersonic Business Jet).
